Project: Exhaust Flex Pipe Leak Tester
Notes: Leak tester checks multiple parts for weld
integrity.

Project: Cold End Exhaust System Leak Tester
Notes: Using air pressure decay tester, station checks
for leaks in three different exhaust assembly models.
Various sensor and lasers verify brackets and hangers are
present. After a good part has been verified the assembly
is pin stamped with part number.

Project: Die Cast Part Leak Tester
Notes: Die cast parts are clamped into leak test
fixture and submerged in liquid to test for porosity.

Project: Side Roof Air Bag Vibration Fixture
Notes: All aluminum construction. Three airbags are
mounted to fixture and vibrated for a length of time and
at a certain frequency to resemble an excel rated life and
then deployed for testing.

Project: HVAC Heater Core Leak Test Head
Notes: Leak test head seals on two ID core pipes while
securing over a tube bead for pressure decay leak test.
