Project: Stud Assembly Station
Notes: Station used to assembly stud to molded housings
using an electric nut driver and controller. Lower shelf
provided for storage area. Electrical plug and casters
make the station mobile.

Notes: Pallet used to build Right Hand and Left Hand
HVAC Units. Tooless design allows pallet changesover from a Right Hand part to a Left
Hand part in seconds.

Notes: Tool test part, verifies correct assembly and
gages interface with customers part.

Project: HVAC Assembly Cart
Notes: Cart has a horizontal
axis of rotation for HVAC assembling. Lock is foot pedal
and cable driven for ease of changing from assembly position
to position. A shelf type sub assembly station slides in
and out.
